Why we are so confident

Clean deodorant has a sweat problem. We fixed it.

Almost everyone has the same story with natural deodorant: you switch for good reasons, it is fine for a week, and then one hot day or one hard workout ends the experiment. So you go back to what works and feel a little bad about it.

That is not a you problem. Most aluminum-free deodorants neutralize light odor and then collapse under heat and exertion. We tested every clean format on the market — sticks, balms, jars with finger application, jars with plastic spatulas, roll-ons, whole-body sprays. Most failed by lunch. The few that actually worked came in formats nobody wants to deal with at 6am.

So we built the thing that did not exist: a whipped balm that performs, in a tube you would actually keep on your counter. We reinvented natural deodorant — so it finally works.

The question everyone asks

“Does it have baking soda? It breaks me out.”

It does — and that is on purpose. Baking soda is not the villain here. Unbalanced formulas are. Too much of it, and you get the irritation everyone warns you about.

Roon uses a pH-balanced ratio: enough to neutralize odor at the source, not enough to disrupt your skin’s acid mantle. That is the formula that works without the rash.

If you are genuinely sensitive, pick Bare — same formula, zero fragrance, which is the more common irritant anyway.

Why it is a mini.

We launched in the mini format to get the product into real hands and real routines. The response made it clear: the portability is the product. Purse, gym bag, carry-on, glove box. It disappears into your actual life.
